Annual Benefit Statements will be generated and uploaded to all members Member Self-Service Portal by 31 August 2023. If you wish for a paper copy please download and complete form in the article
We are currently approaching the time of year where annual benefit statements will be generated and sent out to our members. Recently we issued election forms to all Active or Deferred members who have not registered for our Member Self-Service portal and have not opted to receive ABS through post.
If you have not received this posted election form and would like to elect to have a paper copy of your Annual Benefit Statement then please download the form below, complete and return this to us by email or post no later than Friday 18th August 2023 to allow us time to generate these and post them out.
If you do not elect for a paper copy of the Annual Benefit statement this will be uploaded to your Member Self-Service portal no later than Thursday 31st August 2023.
If you have not already registered for the member self-service portal this can be done by clicking here and selecting Register for Online Access. If we already have your email address on file an email will be sent with a link to activate your account, if we do not have your email on our records, you will be sent a letter in the post with an activation code.
